How Pro billing works

DocuBud Pro is a subscription billed by Google Play, monthly or yearly, and it renews automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you subscribe.

Cancel any time

Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → DocuBud → Cancel subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

Google Play handles payments and refunds. In most cases you can request a refund from Google within 48 hours of a purchase through the Play Store’s order history. Outside that window, contact us at support@docubud.com with your order number and we will review your request fairly, for example if a paid feature did not work as described.

Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing and needs no payment details.

If you delete your account

Deleting your account removes your DocuBud account and subscription record but does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in Google Play first so you are not billed again.
