Delete your account

You can delete your DocuBud account and its data at any time.

Option 1: in the app

Open Account → Delete account and confirm. This removes your account and subscription records from our servers and deletes the files stored by the app on your phone.

Option 2: on this website

Sign in and delete my account

Option 3: by email

Send a request from your account’s email address to support@docubud.com with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account: name, email, photo, country and account ID
• Your subscription records

What we keep

• Anonymous usage counts that are not linked to you (no name, email or files), for up to 24 months
• Records we must keep by law, such as payment records held by Google Play

Your documents are stored only on your phone, so uninstalling the app also removes them.
